1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 16vip ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 16vip online gaming platform available at https://16vip.org and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 16vip platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on 16vip, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification (KYC).

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 16vip. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

16vip offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

16vip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 16vip platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, crash games, and Panda Dragon Boat — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 16vip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 16vip platform without prior written consent from 16vip.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 16vip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

16vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 16vip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 16vip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

16vip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 16vip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your 16vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 16vip

16vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• 16vip is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• 16vip reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in 16vip's dormant account policy.

In cases of termination for breach, 16vip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

13 Amendments to These Terms

16vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 16vip will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 16vip platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.1.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 16vip platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 16vip informally by contacting customer support. 16vip will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
